The year is 2004.....

but some of the coins seen in TPG slabs lately reminds me of the over grading that happened in the 80's by dealers during the Hot market then. Can this be so ?
A bunch of 67's and 68's sure have been popping up in the last year within the series I collect. Have any other classic collectors noticed this also within their series ?
Guess it is just changing grade standards to reflect what the market wants.

Either way, then it really isn't an "overgrading" problem as much as it is a hoard that hit the market. Unless, of course, the graded 45-Ds were actually seen and considered overgraded.
