Check Out this Guys E-Bay Auction Fraud!!!!!!!!

Check out this guys ebay auction. Whay happened did PCGS change there slabs while I wasn't looking. I'am I reading this right, this guy saying that this coin is a pcgs pr70dc, or am I reading this wrong. If this isn't fraud I don't know what is. image Here is the link below.

    Looks like fraud to me. I'd report it to PCGS. Although I don't see PCGS on the slab..

    I wonder how he got the slab sealed...surely he cannot own a sonic sealer. Duct tape? image

    It is not a PCGS slab of any generation, rather, it is from PCC (Premier Certified Coins).

    I believe it's from Louis Revels (Chattanooga Coin Co) who was the founder of PCI. I've noticed he is selling alot of these slabs in his ads in CW and the fliers he sends in the mail. It is my understanding he has started a new "grading" service.

    anything and pay anything. $137.00 for a MS 69 1996 Silver Eagle?????? Not me!

    In his other items he has more of the same,also calling them PCGS.He needs to stick with knives.Or should I say,He needs to be stuck with his knives.

    Another possiblity would be TMM (The Merrick Mint) They use an identical slab and front label style. The only diferences are on the back label. So far though, the only items I have seen from TMM have been Gold USE and colorized state quarters.

    Ok I see that he has corected the action and it is a PCC.

    I politely emailed the seller and mentioned that he might have made a mistake in his listing? I described to him that it looked to me like it was a PCC slab and not a PCGS. He sent me a nice reply stating he was in a hurry and made an honest mistake. Thanking me for letting him know. He closed the auction and relisted it with the correct indentification.

    Sometimes these "frauds", as some of you are so quick to jump all over, are just simple mistakes. Some times you have to give people a little slack and not be soooo quick to jump on the "hang 'em high" bandwagon. We all make mistakes.
