Grade the Kennedy's Grades are in!

1) Both coins are in PCGS holders
2) The reverses are as frosted as the obverses
3) The pictures suck
4) On #1 the spots are on the coin, on #2 the spots are not on the coin
5) Don, Russ, Ken and Frank can't play!

What is the nautical term for the propeller of a ship.

I thought HRH posted awhile back that 69DCAMS should not have any spots. Am I mistaken?
