EVP, well then the logical follow on question is how about an 1870-s for both of the mutts? And TDN and I both know what the answer is on that one. Now where's that local butcher shop?
Roadrunner, you have a nice '69 Roadrunner AND all your nice coins? Color me jealous (I really enjoy old Mopars as well, but have few to no gearhead skills.) What color's your ride?

Work is good. The nasty one is finally taking his family on vacation. Bahamas. I think it's their first vacation ever. I guess that's what happens when you have young kids.
My 69 roadrunner WAS a 383 convertible with Performance RED exterior and a white bucket seat interior (a loaded RR with AC, power windows, console, am/fm, tach, disk brakes, etc.). Actually a pretty rare beast. But.....coins got the best of me and I sold it last October. Just could not do it and the coin hobby justice anymore. It was just sitting most of the time anyways. There will be another one down the road but not for a while. I'm not a gear-head either. Collecting cars was just an extension of my coin fever. I like older things with history. Had the car been a matching number/build sheet car, no way would I have sold it. Just as in coins, more history and pedigree is better.
TDN, you mind giving up your 70-s to EVP so we can get to wokking? Is that where the word crock pot or "wok" came from?
Oh... I think it's more fun to torture EVP than actually give him one. I know it steams him to no end that an 'unworthy' Seated Dollar collector such as myself has one.
But we might be able to fix him up. I got a spare 1870 around here somewhere - you still got that 'S' stamp?
<< <i>Hey coppercoins, get real. You ever hear of the words cynical or satire before? Half of the posts on the forum are exactly that. Did you read the whole thread? I should just stick to the gold bashing threads. >>
I rarely read the whole thread - I read the initial entry and replied. Sorry I couldn't see jest, cynicism, or satire in your initial post. I read the words for what they say and thought it was an honest post. I guess I should stick to coin related threads.
