it might be interesting to see how HRH would grade these now, assuming of course that he's the one who graded them originally. this might shed some light on the subject of how PCGS has changed with regard to grading, though it would take a much larger sampling to get an informed opinion. i think they would in the least be a nice piece from a historical standpoint. can't you seethe mini-series------PCGS, The Early Years.
That Iowa commem. is actually very nice, booming with luster. That looks like more of a candidate for an upgrade than the Stone Mt. I can't see the Stone Mountain's strike, judging by the photograph though I doubt it would 5 or 6 today.
