How about a medium to late die state MS65, since there doesn't seem to be a PL surface visible. I guess it may grade higher, but, I've seen the '82-S with a tad more definition over the ear and eagles talons.

MS66+ unless the luster is flat, then MS65.

Usually 82S's have great luster - though not as pronounced as that of it's San Francisco predecesors of 1879-81. So for that reason I'm going with a 66 due to the soft strike on the obverse - very pretty coin!
