PCGS... customer service and "Matt"

About six weeks ago I called PCGS's customer service and ordered some submission forms from one of the ladies there, and after explaining to her I couldn't print them because I have a different return address for any submissions than the one they had pre-printed on the printable ones on their website, so after confirming with her the address I wanted them shipped to she said she would get some in the next days mail...

So after waiting the six weeks I decided to call customer service again, but this time I specifically asked for "Matt" because I had seen before in this forum that if you want something done, and done right you need to ask for Matt, and you can be assured that it will be done..... So last week I did exactly that and Matt said he would get some mailed to me via a priority mailer, and sure enough they arrived 3 days later!

So I just wanted to say kudos to Matt, and I hope that CU will take note of this post, and the other post and threads on this matter, and hopefully they will put a little extra something in Matts Cristmas stocking this year for a job well done!!!image
