  No it can't be an 1852. The 1852 coins did not have olive branch and arrows on the reverse. It has be from 1854 to 1873. I'd guess that its an 1860 or '61.

  I lost an Uncirculated 1862 over 1 IN AN NGC SLAB!!!

  The coin I posted is 1856.
  
  It was cleaned long ago (I love that phrase ) and has toned a deep Caribbean Sea blue with just light touches of red around the circumference.
