yeah - that is interesting - I've seen one on a quarter planchet but never on a dime - you'd think with the planchet being so thin that it wouldn't have struck up as well as it did - I wonder if someone jiggled the pressure on the press to see what happened? It even looks like it has FBL's!

I rather like the idea of a Frankie struck on a dime planchet. It's a substantial reduction in the amount of ugly.

Actually, I'm not sure which I like better...

I like the first one because it's centered. I like the second one because it's so uncentered. Go figure.
