I caught a liberty walker bug!
I don't know why, but I just got hooked on the liberty walking half. I just think it is pretty. I started putting together an inexpensive set for the heck of it last weekend at the Chattanooga show. Here is my latest win for only a couple of bucks (I'm trying to combine el cheapo wins together):

The thing is though, to me, I like walkers that are nicely toned and/or are pristine.
The ones that are worn just don't appeal to me
The same obv on the SAEs are what drew me to getting them and completing a set for myself after getting a set for my son (in MS). I am still working on a 2nd set in proof, but some of them get expensive.
Dollardude....enjoy the WLs....and, good luck getting the ones you like...they are neat coins!
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

<< <i>Thanks! I also like the silver American eagles, and I have a whole raw MS set of these that I am upgrading to PCGS.
Don't "upgrade"... save your money and buy some other cool stuff... raw rocks!

I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.

Is that because they induce vomiting?

A "short set" from 1941 to '47 is can be done in BU, but when you get into the teens and '20s you had better have DEEP pockets. Those coins are really expensive in BU and rightly so because they are quite scarce.
