I'd recommend a change of the thread title to something (more) fair and neutral. You might not get as many hits, but you might also receive more objective replies.
Edited to add: So far, it looks like you're getting objective replies anyway.
If you exceeded a return window becasue you were out of town, that was strictly your responsibility. If that was going to be an issue it had to be stated up front with the seller. I have found ebay sellers less and less willing to allow returns unless they explicitly state so in the auction policies. It is getting to be, if not stated, then NO RETURNS. I've had this happen to me 3 times now with junk sent to me in holders (stained and/or hacked). Each time the seller said it was NGC/PCGS's fault and not theirs. It's to the point that I have to bid on something, I ask if there is a return policy if the coin is not as stated. For generic coins it doesn't matter as much or at all.
If the coin was in a 67 FS holder then the seller is neither a liar nor cheat. He may however be stupid, ignorant, or a scammer. I don't know what HUGE means. Could be that Jeff's head is huge on the obverse. I just had a blowout with a seller over an NGC64 gold coin that was all scuffed up and really just a nice 63. He called it a "gem" and provided fuzzy photos to back it up. Pretty much the same situation. We will exchange obligatory negs and move on. While I would have settled for my money back less postage, he wanted to charge me the 3% ebay fee to boot and this was not stated in his policies. I found that to be quite unsaintly of him.

I have to agree with previous messages about the grader was responsible but, if the seller did not embellish then there is no recourse.

I just got a coin (a raw MS60-61 $20 Liberty) from a fellow forum member that had some rather heavy digs on it that he either failed to mention or I failed to notice (or both). The coin was a low-end UNC so I expected some bagmarks and scuffs consistent with the grade on such a big gold piece, but the digs at the top of the obverse were too much, and they were definitely bodybag material. Even considering the unexpected problem on the coin, and the fact that my first check was lost in transit and I had to stop payment on it (another $20 gone), I was prepared to keep the coin, because I could still do OK on it in spite of all that.
I just PM'ed the seller (politely, with no anger or name-calling) and told him that the coin was not what I expected, and that while I would keep it, I wasn't totally thrilled with the way the deal went down. I didn't blame anyone, since he and I AND the postal service probably all shared a little of the blame for my disappointment.
I'm happy to say he was a perfect gentleman about the whole thing and sent me a small, partial refund- just enough to cover the fees I had to pay to cancel the first check that got lost. That small refund made the difference between me being neutral to slightly dissatisfied with the deal and my being perfectly content with it. Just a small gesture from the seller made a big difference, and now I can keep the coin without feeling too miserable. (Aside from the unexpected digs, it was correctly graded and does have some nice luster). And I didn't ASK for the refund- just hinted that I was not 100% thrilled. He offered the refund on his own. I just wanted a gesture of some sort, and fortunately, he made it.
I guess what I'm sayin' is, there is often a happy middle ground to be reached, if one is patient and keeps it cool.
Sorry you were unhappy with the deal you got, but remember, we're a family here, and it ain't worth smearing somebody with harsh language, particularly over an inexpensive coin. You have every right to air your grievances here if you feel you've gotten shafted by a fellow member who's turned a deaf ear to regular private communication, but it should be done tactfully- if at all.
