Yes, I along with many others have received these types........Yup, "It's beginning to look alot like Christmas!" The next couple of months will have to be designated 'Scammer Awareness' months. Sad, but true!

Ebay will never ask for your password or user name in an email. They also will not provide links to pages requesting that information. The only time you should enter that information is when you have entered the web address to ebay. Anytime your user name and password is requested in an email it is a scam.image

Lately I have been getting these at least once a week.image

All I get is the fake microsoft update virus which turns your computer in to a spamming machine. I have gotten between 1 and 15 of them every day for the last 3 or 4 weeks.

I just rec'd the same. After a little digging I concluded it was bogus...

    My auctions were still active.
The e-mail source shows it originated at psmtp.com.
While the reply to address is valid, you cannot tell where the submit button goes to.
After entering Youra and Jerkoff as account and password, the submit button opened a window for me to enter all my financial info. It also opened a real e-bay page. The fake page would not allow the document source to be viewed.

I received the same e-mail. I filled in the user name and password with what I thought the scammer should do with his e-mail. I noticed everytime I clicked send, he would get a new copy of my insult. I sent about a hundred copies over the next five minutes.
