Funny thing about that is that right now I have another 1962 toned very similar to this one that's in a PCGS PR66 holder. Of course, it was graded before they became a bunch of wienies.
"Market acceptable" is an interesting concept. It means that some naturally toned coins get bodybagged, while some artificially toned coins get holdered.
