That looks like a first-generation holder from the 1980's. Some folks call 'em "rattlers", because the coins occasionally rattle around in the slab, slightly.
I personally think the "rattler slabs" are kind of ugly and crude-looking, but some folks like 'em because they claim the grading standards were tighter then. From what I have seen, the prices they command in the marketplace are not any less than the current generation holders. (Sometimes they even bring a slight premium, if the person bidding thinks they are conservatively graded).
PS- I bought and sold a few common-date Morgans in MS63 rattler slabs a while back, and did pretty well on them. I see another forum member is already bidding on that one. At the current bid level it seems a good value, but there is the $6.45 shipping fee to factor in...
