Forum member islemangu (Alan in the real world) owns a company on Guam called Tidewater. He does these promotional cards called the History In Your Hands Series. He was also the winner of the Flea Market Morgan on eBay.

Is that cool, or what!? Even has my forum avatar on it!

Thanks Alan! image

A sample Tidewater card of a sample slab?
  • Yes, that would be cool.

That is too cool. What a keepsake! A merchant card for one of your coins, with the story.image That's VERY nice.

  • I have a tidewater card and the coin that goes along with it. Very cool idea and unique as well. I think I would rather have the Morgan over the toned Washington that I have, but I still like it image

  • So is that a 9.999 on the Russ cool meter or is this a 10.

  • Russ, now you have a reason to go to Guam - to find one more card like that

2 cards can be exchanged for the item image

To borrow a Russ-ism, that is uber-cool! image

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
