Just how dishonest are our ebay auctions?

First up, let me say, this thread is not an effort to drive traffic to my ebay auctions. In fact, I'm asking that you don't make a particular effort to view our auctions.
But in another thread, we were accused of the following:
1. Offering a coin cracked out of a PCGS holder, and linking to a similar but bogus coin with a different grade
2. Mangling a coin to look like an encapsulated coin, and substituting it for the real thing
3. Dip-cleaning the coin after we cracked it out
4. Combining cleaning attempts and trick photography to make the coin look better than it really is
5. Cracking and resubmitting the coin for a higher grade
and
6. Pawning the coin after it got bodybagged
All of these accusations are false and ridiculous.
If you happen across any of our ebay auctions in your normal ebay browsing activity, please bring to our attention anything that is misleading or deceptive, and we will make every effort to correct it.
Thanks,
jadecoin

i would suggest that you consider the things said on the other thread as supposition instead of accusation. really, for the replies to be accusations about jadecoin implies that the respondents knew it was you because the word just comes across to me as being more personal. speculation might even be a better word since the gist of the discussion seemed to center on whether the coins were the same and why the seller would have cracked it out.
now that you've explained your position on the original thread, why be upset? state your truth and leave it to us to believe or to doubt.

1-2. There is NO DOUBT in my mind that we are dealing with the same coin!
3. I see nothing wrong with dipping a coin if it is done correctly. In this case I do not believe the coin was dipped as there would have been no need for it.
4. Your scan in fact made the coin look worse than the Teletrade photo.
5. There is nothing wrong with playing the "crack-out" game, but in this case IF you did get an upgarde from 40 to 45 would it even be worth the grading fee? I don't think so.
6. The coin was in a PCGS holder, you have proof of that and I don't dispute it. I have a few problems with the coin, I'd have the same problem with it raw or in plastic.

What I like about your auctions. Even if I can't buy the read is always great.
I started the thread. When I looked I really thoguht it was a different coin. It truly looks a lot worse in your photos than in the teletrade photos. As I read the replies, I concluded maybe it was the same coin and so posted, and even editted the top of the thread (added material only). Please note I also noted your 100% positive feedback in the original post.
My apologies for any undue implication of wrong doing.

BTW, I am going to give blood this week. Great sig!
Agent Jim, that's a fantastic avatar!
