At long last I have a nice 1869 Two Center for my set - THANK YOU MDWOODS! (images inside)
Ain't it pretty?

Nice Two Centers in collector grades are surprisingly difficult to find. There's plenty of problem junk, and an adequate supply of moon money high-grade reds, but the nice tweeners in RB or BN seem to be few and far between.
Well, thanks to Mark, I can finally add another to my set! Not only is the coin in the grade range that I'm building in, but it has the "look" that makes it fit in quite nicely with the rest on my coins. The bonus is that it has quite a number of cool die cracks.
Mark is wonderful to work with! THANK YOU MARK!

I'm not "into" copper - but it's VERY nice.
We'll use our hands and hearts and if we must we'll use our heads.
How did you come to collect two series as different as Kennedy's and two-centers? There's gotta be a story there.

I like orphans.
Plus, since there's only nine coins in the set, I don't have to go hungry - at least until I get to the 1872, that is.

Who on earth would want to collect a short series of coins with a questionable design?
