Why does PSA grade Kellogg's cards?

I'm more curious why the card didn't warrent a bid over $1, cracked or not.

Well now lets see thats one from the 1970 set of a total of 10,326 graded and one from the 1974 set of a total of 1956 graded.

Speaking of ticking time bombs, did you happen to get in your 1981 Winfields? That's the last stick of dynamite for my 1981 ticking time bomb set! Also, are you going to AC?

Hey Robert, I wondered how long it would take to bring out THAT classic again...

Let's see....I count 8 time bomb cracks on that one. I have the very same card in a 9 holder, but I can only claim 2 cracks and 1 big bubble. You win the prize (so far). An all expence paid trip to Iraq. Take your explosive K Kards to help out the troops.
