Check the submission status on your invoice before you submit coins
There are duplicate submission forms out there that have the same numbers on them. I checked one of mine and the order was shipped over a year ago

All will be well once it's plugged in to PCGS's system. It will then ask you for your zip code, and the old submission result will go away.

It's going to be a long weekend.
<< <i>I am experiencing the same thing. Post office say's pcgs picked the package up on the 2nd but someone else has the same invoice number and thats all that shows up on the order status check.
It's going to be a long weekend. >>
Yup, its the fourth of July long weekend! Happy 4th of July everyone - from your friend in Canada who has to work tomorrow
<< <i>After ADMITTING they had it I informed them that it was an express submission of several coins and they told me that their time to grade it started when they actually entered it into their system and had nothing to do with when they signed for it, LOL-all you can do is laugh >>
That sucks!!! So you coins that you paid big bucks for express grading sits in the receiving office for a week and that is not a problem! Again that sucks!!! The coins should be entered in the system the day they are received!

<< <i>I wonder how many invoice numbers are out there with 3016712 on them, actually these are some pretty nice coins
Ah ha! So the key is find a great submission and use that number... then send in some doggy cents... then say you got the wrong coins back
