Check the submission status on your invoice before you submit coins

There are duplicate submission forms out there that have the same numbers on them. I checked one of mine and the order was shipped over a year ago

BigE,

All will be well once it's plugged in to PCGS's system. It will then ask you for your zip code, and the old submission result will go away.

Russ, it was just a hassle when I checked to see if they recieved the coins, and someone elses coins showed up. So I worried all weekend and when I called they said they had not recieved the coins and told me to check on the registered package with the Post Office. Turns out they signed for the package three days before. After ADMITTING they had it I informed them that it was an express submission of several coins and they told me that their time to grade it started when they actually entered it into their system and had nothing to do with when they signed for it, LOL-all you can do is laugh

I wonder how many invoice numbers are out there with 3016712 on them, actually these are some pretty nice coins

I am experiencing the same thing. Post office say's pcgs picked the package up on the 2nd but someone else has the same invoice number and thats all that shows up on the order status check.

It's going to be a long weekend.

Yup, its the fourth of July long weekend! Happy 4th of July everyone - from your friend in Canada who has to work tomorrow

That sucks!!! So you coins that you paid big bucks for express grading sits in the receiving office for a week and that is not a problem! Again that sucks!!! The coins should be entered in the system the day they are received!

This happens everytime I submit, just email them if you want the other guys coins to go away now, or you can wait and it will be straightened out when your coins are finished! Its no big deal, I just dont understand why they have duplicate numbers!

I checked on my 1908 ms66 wells fargo saint, I sent it in to reholder it and its now a 1904-s au55

All you really have to do is call a couple of times and then get a hold of the right person and then they will tell you that you can only pay for and recieve erxpress submissions if you are a Colllectors Club Member-------------------------BigE

got my coin back today its still a 1908 ms66 wells fargo but when I when I look it up by invoice it is a 1904-s au55

Ah ha! So the key is find a great submission and use that number... then send in some doggy cents... then say you got the wrong coins back

I was shocked to find out that Express service is only available to Collectors Club members, and since mine had expired they said they could only grade them at the 30.00 level. I rejoined at the Platinum level and now everything seems to be ok (as long as my commems come back 65+)
