Where can you get a slab machine?

I was wondering with the upstart of so many companies how they got the slab machines and their molds for the holders. Is there a company that deals in just that?

The sales pitch left out the part about YOUR NEW COIN SLABBING COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE TO FOLLOW ANY GRADING STANDARDS RECOGNIZED IN NUMISMATICS. THAT'S RIGHT, YOU CAN PUT ANY OLD GRADE YOU DARN WELL PLEASE ON YOUR SLABS, THEREBY MAKING YOUR CLIENTS HAPPY AND ENSURING REPEAT BUSINESS.

Either ACG is looking to get sued by "All other services" or "All other services" are going to get sued by collectors!!

Your biggest expense is the type of mold you choose, the "finish" of the mold, and the amount of cavities the mold would have. A 1 cavity mold would produce 1 part per cycle, a ten cavity mold would produce 10 parts per cycle...Major money. Once the mold is created, the production of the parts is relatively inexpensive. Various plastics companies sell the material, you can find those in the "Thomas Register" . You can even call the manufacturers, and ask to speak with an application Engineer for Material guidance. The Ultra sonic welder is a common Item, look in Thomas register as well. not a show stopper price wise.

He exists Accugrade has a division that does just that, their Private Label Service. Just follow the link in Flamingo's post. Cost is about $4 per coin, you provide the coins and the grades, they provide the shells, labels, and sealing.

Cameron, check with Hager. He used to offer to set up services including the sonic welder and to provide shells for $50,000.

No it is not true. The other services do not use PVC inserts. Sometimes you can see an oil on their inserts that is actually a moldslip from the fabrication molds. Since most people confused the plasticizer oil used in PVC holders as being the PVC Accugrade is trying to claim that this oil shows that the other companies inserts contain PVC.
can I get one of the first ten cameron?
Ill buy the supplies.
