Is this coin attractive to you?

I'm looking for a nice toned merc. and came across this one on e-bay i can't figure out if i like it or hate it

If the luster is there on the obverse, then I'd go with YEAH YEAH YEAH. If it isn't all there, then MAYBENOT MAYBENOT MAYBENOT

I kinda like the fingerprints, they give it character. Depends why you want it I guess. Looks better then that damn nickel.

Being one of the keys, I could live with it. If the coin was a common date I would skip a coin like that.

Go with a later date. You can buy a monster toned 1940s coin for a fraction of the price. If you are just doing a type coin search for a 39D, there are numerous awesome 39D's available at relatively reasonable prices.
