Ms 66. Nice coin 🪙
65 cameo.
Proof 64+ Cameo, due to what appear to be noticeable reverse hairlines (and the thought that most Proof coins have hairlines that aren’t visible in images).

There are absolutely no hairlines on the reverse of this coin, or the obverse for that matter. Those are very clean, deep mirrors. Perhaps you are seeing the minute scratches on the holder.

PR 65 CAM
I'm going to guess it's graded PF65cam ... just a guess as the image is a little blurry.
I see micro hairlines on the surfaces (typical) and a scruffy holder as well, which really makes grading a proof even more difficult.
Determining whether it has a bean depends on which grade it is given, and much better images or an in-hand inspection.

Here’s the answer. Nobody got it correctly, but @WinLoseWin was the closest. Congrats.
It’s impossible to tell what is on the holder versus the coin. We have to go based on what we can see.
@jfriedm56 the slab reveal is rather nice , I'd never have guessed 64, so just saying these GTG's are fun and so unpredictable, truly a guess and fun thread .
Mark, after taking another look with different lighting, I can now see what you and others are referring to. They actually look like die polishing lines as they appear raised, but I am far from knowledgeable in this. Thanks. Zack.
@jfriedm56: Zack! A real beauty! I didn’t guess as I know so little about these; I would have said PR65 CAM if I did. Still think CAM is deserved. CONGRATS, though - is the No Rays 67 tougher than the Rays 67?

The 1867 with Rays is far scarcer than the no Rays.
Zack, they look like hairlines to me - especially in the area to the left of the upright of the “5”. But without seeing the coin in hand, I can’t claim that to be a fact.

Hey Ken, thanks.
And yes as Walkerguy21D pointed out, the with rays variety is much scarier. The Red Book estimates the with rays proof at 25+ minted, while the no rays variety at 600+. In the no cameo category, the CAC without rays list 15 coins stickered in 66, and 1 better at a 66+.
I thought it was a pleasing coin overall and the eye appeal in hand is phenomenal.
Zack.
