That is a pretty coin. Very clearly full bands. And just thoroughly going nice. And it's going into a top notch collection--complete and except for 3, all full bands.
I am (still) trying to have a commemorative set where for each coin there are fewer than 100 coins higher graded. Do you have any sort of goal you are trying to achieve for your dime set?

Nice coin! It's good to see one of the original "Mercateers" still active. Here's a post from 2002 that includes a comment from you when I began my first Registry set (Mercs, of course). The registry was fun back then, and much less competitive. I still have my set, and although additions/upgrades have been few and far between in recent years, I'm still at #20.
