CALLED PCGS DEALER DESK (888 459-1619) SECONDS AFTER THEIR 7AM OPENING TIME AND SPENT 30 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR THE "NEXT AVAILABLE" AND THEN DISCONNECTED!
I'VE EMAILED 2 DIFFERENT TIMES ASKING ABOUT A RECENT SUBMISSION THAT'S IN THE "ENCAPSULATION" STAGE THAT SHOWS I DO NOT HAVE TRUEVIEW PHOTOS WHEN IN FACT THAT WAS MARKED ON THE SUBMISSION FORM. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY TO MY INQUIRIES WHICH STARTED OVER A WEEK AGO...

I'm curious if the OP will come back to apologize when he learns the answer is "Be patient, the 'Being Imaged' button can pop up at various phases during the submission process and it not being there yet is not indicative that your coins will not be imaged."
Or will he just lurk for another year or two and then post another thread where he rants and the true answer to his complaint is that he doesn't understand what he is complaining about?
