Walking Liberty Milestone

Several years ago, having completed my set of fairly high grade Liberty Seated Half Dimes (currently #2 across the street), and during a very active period of acquiring half dime die marriages & die states, I started a date & mint set of Walking Liberty Half Dollars. My plan has been to get all CAC-approved coins, and all in the three-figure range. I'm likely to expand that price range to get pleasing examples of some of the tougher issues. I still have a long way to go for finishing the complete set, but today I received the last coin I needed to complete the 1941-47 "short set". Here's a photo of that "box of twenty".

A wonderful achievement.
Coingratulations!
Such a great series to collect! I’m doing a date set for the 40’s decade only. Just a nibble of the series for me. Congratulations on your assembly of a box of attractive Walkers.

running like a water color in the rain...."
That is a great set!
Well matched and Gorgeous.
Congratulations on your milestone.
PS: I liked the order of the display - one row for each mint.
I've been working on the whole set for a long time now. It's rewarding hitting those milestones. Congratulations!
This is such a great series and the short set is a really reasonable subset for these pieces. Congratulations.

I have considered gold bean coins along the way. While most do appear to warrant a higher grade, I have trouble pulling the trigger on prices more than two grades higher than the slab grade.
