Well as the guy who acts llike a middle school girl that had her date stolen to the dance pointed out yes I will comment on it.

Its a nothing burger. Itll be a slap on the wrist like when the NCAA was like just kidding Cam Newton didnt de-commit from State and go to Auburn because they paid his dad 100s of thousands of dollars.

Itll be all the usual; suspects. OSU, SoCal, Michigan, PSU, Miami, Clemson, Texas, Oregon, LSU, GA, I would say Bama too but the boosters dont like Deboer very much, maybe like a UNC or Duke that used to do it in basketball all the time etc.

They arent going to blow up the playoffs which is worth billions to them over it. Michigan literally got caught cheating to win their national title and got no substantial penalties imposed. A UNC or Duke or SoCal type team might get some punishment or one of the others if their season falls off the rails, but they generally protect their blue blood cash cows

My guess will be a fine and maybe some token suspension of the AD or the coach or something during some cupcake games

Iowa @ Washington tonight. Washington is a 2.5 point favorite. Tough game to pick after watching the Hawkeyes getting destroyed last week.

Washington isnt good, but Iowa really isnt either. They barely beat Michigan and got dominated by OSU

But we might be in trouble for the Bama GA game. Waffle Houses in Bama have started closing

They barely lost to MN who beat Michigan who they barely beat. I guess I meant... they were kind of like a concensus top 25 team pre-season and there was a buzz and I also thought this was a season they could turn it up. I like Fisch still but it looks like 2026 is a step backwards. Anyways. Still a good team and still turning around from the exodus.

Texas A&M beat ND. LSU., and Mizzou last year. Their schedule was way harder

For Iowa to be a 1 loss team that means they win the B!G championship and yes they would be in the automatic bid. They will be a 2 loss team at best with losses to both hard games they played assuming they run the table the rest of the regular season which is highly unlikely

In keeping pace with this season's trend, Indiana trails unranked Nebraska in the 2nd period. It's a little baffling to me that so many of the Top 15 teams seem to struggle early against unranked or lesser teams. Perhaps it's a symptom of NIL ant the transfer portal that doesn't necessarily equal parity, but the gap between the really good teaks and everyone else is smaller.

    Go Cornhuskers!!

Nebraska is 5-0, they haven't played great competition I suppose that's why they were unranked

Indiana is trailing just 10-3 and a look at stats would seem to show it should be much worse. Only around 120 yards, 16 plays and a bit over 7 minutes time of possession in the 1st half. The Hoosiers have had an easy schedule so far so this might be Cignetti's first lesson in the pains of success, how hard it is to reload every year.

On to the 4th quarter. Either Indiana isn't as good as everyone had thought or the Nebraska defense is really stout.

In the meantime, supposed powerhouse #16 Florida is on the wrong end of a 17-10 game against South Carolina.

Nebraska is okay at best. Indiana is ranked so high because of last year. The two decent teams theyve played with Nebraska and Northwestern theyve had to fight for their life to get the win and havent looked good.

Indiana might deserve to be a top 25 team but they have no business in the top 10 and OSU should kill them next week. Nebraska hadnt played anyone but cupcakes and bottom of the barrel B!G teams. They have at least 2-3 more loses on the way and Indiana has at least 1 if not 2-3 on the way.

A&M needs to just start running the triple option. Reed is terrible and that QB room is an absolute disaster

Old Dominion App State being 3-2 App State going into the 4th is just funny. I really hope it ends that way

And Indiana pulls it out in the 4th quarter with two long Hoover to Marsh passes, 20-17. The Hoosiers avoided an embarrassing loss but didn't look good in the process. and again, in the meantime after a short delay South Carolina is up on Florida 31-13 near the end of the 3rd quarter. This should put an end to any notion that Florida isn't a fraud. Drop them out of the Top 25.

Another fraud, Texas A&M, goes down to #14 Missouri 27-6.

Texas vs. Oklahoma should be a good rivaly game, maybe a test for the Longhorns.

The real USC is a dangerous team with a top QB and FL is dealing with a hurricane and weather stuff. Anyone who thinks FL and A&M are complete frauds doiesnt know what theyre talking about, like OU A&M have a QB that has derailed their season hopes. Anyone who thought FL should be a Natty contender was over hyping them but they are top 25 worthy

What OU does the rest of the way will just depend on if Mateer can stop looking like dog crap or they make a change. The pieces are there especially on the defensive side

you are either the most clandestine troll in the history of the interwebs, or God graced you with the most interesting organ of soft nervous tissue contained in the skull of vertebrates ever known.

dude why don't you just admit you were wrong at some point. seriously, it would be a great look. Florida boat raced #4 Ole Miss three weeks ago, then got their doors blown off in consecutive weeks by two teams that will be watching the college football playoffs from the comfort of their couches. South Carolina will lose at least 5 games this season. they were riding a 3-game L streak coming into today. dangerous team? 😅

and the Gators got humiliated on homecoming day because of the hurricane? not because they are imposters? what, were the Gamecocks -- who actually had to do the traveling -- in the eye of it for 4 quarters, while Florida was experiencing Cat 5 winds? if there hadn't been a storm would the excuse reason they got punked have been because the left nut of Florida's head coach itched the entire game? and if it came to light that he was a chick, then what?

of course they are a complete fraud. on Halloween day they'll be .500 and riding a 4-game L burger of their own after they lose to Texas and Georgia. yet they're still top 25 worthy in your mind. if that's the case, your top 25 should be comprised of 50 teams.

you are beyond entertaining, if nothing else

You literally just repeated what I said, anyone who thought FL was a Natty contender was delusional off a big win. They were always a 3-5 loss team. Significant improvement with the new coach but not there yet.

The real USC has a gauntlet of a schedule and you NFL guys will learn who Sellers is and some of their other players on draft day. They are a dangerous team in any game that will never be a top team without changes, but never an easy one either week in and week out.

FL is moire deserving of top 25 than Indiana is at this point. By far the best win, Same with Iowa. Not everyone gets to play no bodies and run up a record

9-3 to 7-5 is exactly what was expected of FL the surprise was just the Ole Miss game Back to back games against Texas and GA will make basically any team 0-2 for that stretch

    it's beyond the pale now

the mark of a good team is finding ways to win week in and week out, even when they have their C+ game

watch the 4th quarter again. Indiana went from a fetal position to landing haymakers on the road in a hostile environment against an undefeated team. that's why they are head and shoulders better than Florida, a team that just got dog walked by a 2-3 perennial SEC doormat on homecoming day. a team that has already lost as many games in the past two weeks as Indiana has in 2+ years with Cignetti as head coach. and not only did they lose, but they got blown out. by Missouri. and South Carolina. yeah, sure. more deserving. let me guess, they will still be deserving @ 4-4 in 3 weeks because the next two losses came from good SEC teams? forget the beer guy, you are the world's most interesting man.

the Gators are the epitome of fraudulent and deserve squat

Indiana has played 2 average teams and fought for their life both times. OSU will kill them. With what theyve shown so far the Minn and Michigan games are in play. SoCal could easily get them too but Riley never has a defense and Indiana does have a better coach. Theyve done nothing so far thats not debatable.

Northwesterns claims to fame is beating PSU whose 0-2 against non cupcake teams and likely about to go 0-3. Iowas best win is Michigan who isnt good and should be 2-3 but some magical 3 seconds reappeared against Western Michigan, theyve done nothing

Texas and GA are a lot better than good SEC teams. Theyre legit national title contenders. You hold an OSU or someone like like accountable for a loss whose also a natty contender you expect teams that arent to lose to them

Its not my fault if you had unrealistic expectations of FL over one win from the media hyping CFP chances. ANd yes a 20-25 ranking is a reasonable expectation for them given the schedule and they are on the right path. Maybe they should just play a whole not of nobodies and have a good looking record. Its not the NFL where record means everything

    @Basebal21

my definition of deserving and yours are vastly different

i use that word based on merit

your definition is based on what conference a team is in. an SEC team could lose every game on their schedule and you'd find a way to conjure up a flimsy defense ripe for a court of law and a unanimous verdict

instead of holding a "deserving top 25" team accountable after getting thrashed by SEC-punching bag South Carolina in front of a stadium full of alums, you spun like a top in typical basebal fashion by bringing up Minnesota, Michigan, USC, Northwestern, Texas, Georgia, Ohio State, and Northwestern 😅😅😅😅😅. you know, your little 150 degrees of separation game. oh, and i forgot this doozy: forget that Sellers is the quarterback of a losing, crap team, he may put on an NFL jersey one day! so Florida off the hook! 😂

Indiana wins every game they play. even when they play like crap. when that changes, and when it changes regularly, i'll revisit how much they "deserve." but i can guarantee you it will take a precipitous fall from grace for them to deserve to what Florida does at this juncture..............which is negligible after the past two weeks.

and by the way, Texas, a supposed legit national title contender, just lost to a team that couldn't beat Michigan

let me guess, Texas is still a legit national contender because of Eastern Illinois?

i eagerly await your next spin job

Switch Indiana and FL or the real USC schedules and the records are very different. Again not the NFL

If you dont know who Sellers is probably should stick to NFL. Hes getting drafted if he chooses to declare. He could go back to college another year

1 Texas losing to a bad Oklahoma team just goes to show, you can throw out the records and the rankings when it comes to any rivalry game.

Florida proved they are a fraud after getting destroyed by a bad South Carolina.

UCLA remains undefeated. Oregon is really hurting with Moore being injured. Both Northwestern and Nebraska are unexpected good teams this year.

Basebal guy said John Mateer is garbage, yet he was good enough to beat #1.
