My backorder for 2 bags finally hit the processing stage. I ordered it the day it came out, but had a credit card issue that stalled everything.

Pop Report as of Friday September 25, 2026.

Not much to report, very little movement in the Trump privies since Monday.

Still no 62's or 67's found yet.

My first post, and hope I am not screwing this up.
I have enjoyed following this thread, and wanted to add my findings.I bought 2 bags on opening day,and opened the first to find 38 privies.I was going to leave the second sealed, but curiosity ate me alive.I found 47 privies in that bag.
Hopefully these pics I add come up.

Wow, great score! You did well!

What am I missing here? Auction is for a privy MS67 coin. Pic shows the stock label view. The current POP reports show that no 67s have been graded. The auction does not mention "pre-sale".

Good catch. I apparently did not read that line. A bold auction for something that has not been created yet. I guess its one way to get to the front of the line. His eggs have only now been laid and he's already counting chickens.

It could also be a recent submission and the population report hasn’t updated yet, but the delayed availability date is not a good look for the seller.

I think this is the same seller and the pricing on this one is also quite odd.… Way below market…. Seller not making a lot of sense.

That $39.99 price would be more in line with a MS64 non-privy coin. I think he just make a mistake with that one.

Actually looking more at it, I think he mispriced them. He probably meant to list at $339.99 or $399.99 instead of $39.99. He also sold a MS 63 at $29.99.

His MS 65 is at $449.99 and his MS 66 is at $599.99

He sold 8 of those MS 64s at $39.99 real quick. I would have grabbed a couple but they are sold out. That was an ouch move!

My two bags from day 1 went to "shipped" today. 🎉

Unopened bags seem to be selling on ebay for around $400 (a little less, a little more), and raw privies are a fairly easy sell at $125 (to net just over $100). 🤔

The temptation for me is to open them. One privy guarantees a profit, and even an opened/searched bag would at a minimum cover all costs. Of course, spending them would provide immeasurable entertainment value. 😃

Open them. You can’t resist temptation.

Poses a conundrum, though last week thought about hold for a while until sales fall off, then decide. Who knows how sealed boxes will perform next year. Sold off 2 bags last week for the win due to indecision paralyzation, lol.

    @renomedphys

You mentioned "absolutely banger Hobos" in a now closed thread.
Being a betting man I would wager the counterstamps are going to be more..... insightful? Is that the correct word to use?

And will our host grade one? They have certainly graded many counterstamped coins in the past.

    They will grade as "damaged"

    Debating about opening the roll.

Gave a friend a Privy for free and sold her one of my rolls and a bunch of non-privies at cost because her orders got canceled by the Mint.

Also let her check one of the bags so she could experience the thrill of the hunt! We had a blast! 🥳🥳😎

Thank you. I enjoyed watching her find some. Helped me to relive my W quarters hunting days.

I had two rolls on backorder they arrived , boxes dated 8/24 there was 1 privy between the two rolls, so right at the expected average. Now I need to figure out what to do with the other 49 coins.

    2 backordered bags delivered today, dated 8/25 06:19, 8/25 06:20.

    7 total privies, 4 and 3

I didn't realized the box was dated. I fished it out of the trash to contribute to the data collection effort:
    1 backordered roll shipped 9/22/2027; delivered 9/26/2026; box dated 9/8/2026 10:56:41
    2 privies.

Take them to a local coin shop or to a Flea Market coin dealer.

They will most likely pay you at cost or slightly higher.

I'm curious, as to what most believe the over/under potential grading would/could be on deciding to send in either Privy's or non-Privy's for grading?

My two bags are dated 8/7. One had 3 privies and the other I am opening later today.

The 3 privies all look gradeable to me. No visible bag marks on either side without magnification. One has a single mark on the edge.

Re: privys: I suspect that will have a lot to do with timing. If you can get them graded and sold quickly before the market is flooded you can probably still make money at MS64+. Just a guess though. I think MS67 and over will wind up being very valuable even down the road.

I wouldn't send non-privys in unless you are a big submitter and have a better chance of getting great results. I will leave it at that.
