Did you know that some discounts are too high to send offers on eBay?

After keying in a number incorrectly, I noticed that eBay prevents from sending offers to buyers (when you are the seller) that are too high of a discount. Playing around with the numbers, 75% appears to be the max discount one can offer before eBay prevents you from sending it. Anything that is 40% off to 75% off gives you this message: "Offering a high discount on your listings may have a significant impact on your earnings." and you cannot send an offer that is not at least 5% off (at least from what I show on my account but I believe I have seen some offers come in that were lower so maybe it is possible for someone with a store or in other categories).

Lower the price until it's within the range eBay accepts.
