I guess if no one here has already started one, I can try and go back and see if I can capture data on the posted pics w/time stamps on the boxes and see if I can start some data on reported Privy's.

Anticipating a hot flippable, overnight shipping may be in order. I ordered this issue overnight with signature required. It worked out well this time as all of mine have been sold and shipped. The spacing of the title doesn't help it to be clear. Although it is nice to be able to see the privy coin and keep the roll intact, I wouldn't want an end of roll coin myself, too often damaged. It is or best offer, I would doubt it goes for anywhere near the $999 price.

I always choose Next Day. They shipped 9-3, signed for them the morning of 9-4. I found 3 privies out of 2 rolls and 2 bags. I shipped the privies to PCGS. They received them this morning. Sold 1 of the opened bags on eBay. Probably will keep the remainder for keeps and gifts. I do not like to wait or hesitate to make a decision.

Now someone here can claim this has nothing to do with the date of manufacture, and is only about the privy coins being added to the rolls and bags. And this is true, however it also means nobody knows when those insertions were made, if it was very early on, or just prior to packaging.
It would also make sense that people who got skunked will not report it as much as those getting many privy coins instead. So this means the amount of privy coins is biased towards more than were actually there on average.

Yeah. They only did this one other time. And that time, they made the distribution across a population smaller than the advertised maximum, without disclosing that until after the fact.
This time, they packaged a population smaller than the maximum for initial sale. If you don't see a similarity, I can't help you with that.

Good question, I’ve watched other mint sales products over the years and like you wondered the same thing. I always used standard shipping in the past and sometimes got kicked into the back order category. This time I used the second tear up shipping and they both shipped.

My preliminary research indicated that the Mint frontloaded the Privies early on and spread them out sparingly later on...at lease till mid August.
I always pick the 1-2 week shipping option (free with loyalty status). Order was placed about 4 minutes after launch on the 2nd. They shipped out on the 4th.
