I could see it as a 7. And part of the reason I say that is if I saw it 10 years ago as a 7, I probably would want to buy it. Centering is great. Corners a little touched but not horrible by old standards. Then 75 can have terrible print issues and the ones on this 4 dont seem so bad. Congrats.

I have a winner from REA tonight (8/16)...centered better than my PSA-6.5 which I recently sold to help fund this very recently graded copy...and oh yeah, it's headed to MBA for diamond certification since I confirmed it is a diamond candidate before auction closed...
While not strictly AUGUST - with shipping and authentication - these actully fall into July and August...
Amazingly, recently, several nice 1965 Embossed examples hit the market and I dove in -
No exaggeration - I haven't seen any "needed" PSA 8 examples hit the market for like 18 months to 2 years (and I've been looking !)
Down to 3 PSA 8's Needed (Torre, White and Kaline) - with 8 PSA "7" upgrades needed.

I had an insane yard sale day this weekend, picking up a collection of T206 and E95 tobacco cards that I posted another thread about. I’m looking into getting them professionally removed from a backing board.
My other finds were also great and unexpected. Bought a few huge tubs of cards basically sight unseen and got a ton of junk wax era fun cards, a ton of Jordan’s, and what ended up being 75 signed golf cards headlined by 2 Arnold Palmers!
Finally on this one!! Started the 74 Kellogg's Master set back in July 2010. I hadn't seen a graded or ungraded variation of Bell since I started the set. With only 12 graded I'm tickled pink to have it. Now if I could only find the Santo Cubs variation, I can complete the set. Unfortunately, all the Santo auctions for the Cubs variation I've seen over the years have been mis-identified by PSA, including one of the 3 PSA 10's. All should have been White Sox version. Hopefully it doesn't take me 10+ years to find a Santo!!

Finally had the chance to upgrade my Joe Thornton black diamond gold rookie to PSA 10. 1996 Black Diamond gold is my absolute favourite parallel set of the 90's. Just 50 copies made and only 5 10's for Jumbo Joe.
Opened what I thought was a complete 87 Topps set (it wasn’t) and an 87 vending box that was probably already searched that I had lying around. The hits look pretty good. No Big Mac.

Nice yard sale find yesterday. Stacks of 74-76 Topps football highlighted by Fouts rookie and a few early Bradshaws. Tons of checklists if anyone is looking. Pretty much everything in great shape. Also a stack of 76 Basketball tall boys. Perry fun stuff!
Also had a ton of commons from this era including a bunch of 75 Basketball, but no big cards.
Landed this Clemente last night on a FANATICS weekly auction
I was looking at that card last night, and while I did not bid on it, I noticed it was a monster of a card. Yellow color on that one is outstanding as well as the centering.
It's the jersey of Jeff Torborg — while his playing record is nothing to get crazy about, this jersey is from his NY Yankees coaching days in the 1980s.
But as a catcher, he was behind the plate for some serious baseball history:
Sept. 9, 1965 — Sandy Koufax's perfect game against the Cubs. Koufax struck out 14 and won 1–0. Torborg was only 23.
July 20, 1970 — Bill Singer's no-hitter for the Dodgers against Philadelphia.
May 15, 1973 — Nolan Ryan's FIRST career no-hitter, with the Angels against Kansas City. Ryan would eventually throw seven.
Sifted through some $1-2 boxes at a local card shop. Always picking up refractors, inserts and parallels of big time stars. Also love to pick up low end cool looking Trout cards and 90s inserts of stars.

4x All-Star, 4x WS Champ, AL ROY, 2x Silver Slugger, Gold Glove. Not too bad. I remember him from the 1991 WS Twins team. From one of the lowest print runs of the junk wax era, 3,000 sets.
Another that looks nicer than the grade. I'm actively seeking out newly graded cards that look nicer than earlier, higher graded cards. Not in hand yet, but I haven't owned a Super Mario RC since the early 90's.
Finally landed a really nice 1959 Baseball 5-cent wrapper! I’m not sure of ICert’s grading scale for wrappers, but it’s hard to believe they view this as a 4.5, it is one of the nicest ones I’ve seen….no tears, nice color. Fold lines are somewhat prominent but still very nice.
I’d like to crack it out so I can store it with my other wrappers, but I’m not feeling brave right now. 😂
Fanatics/Topps just introduced something that could be a pretty big deal — Instant Packs.
You buy a pack online, “rip” it virtually on your phone or computer, and reveal your cards. But these aren't digital cards — they're actual physical Topps cards.
Once revealed, you can keep them in the Fanatics Collect Vault, sell them, or have them shipped home.
The first release is 2025-26 Topps Chrome Black Basketball at $100 for four cards.
Right now it's expensive and limited, but here's what caught my attention: what happens if Fanatics eventually does this with ordinary $10, $20 or $25 packs?
Buy it anytime, rip it instantly, then vault it, sell it or have the cards sent home. That could eliminate much of what an ordinary breaker provides.
The good breakers who provide entertainment, knowledge and a community probably aren't going anywhere. But the guys who do little more than open the packs and call out the cards? This could eventually put some of them out of business? Not totally sure.
Here's a short video showing an Instant Pack being opened. Once you see it, the concept makes a lot more sense.
For some reason I can't get a direct video? Usually if you copy the URL and post direct it shows up - it's worth watching since he OPENS 2 packs.
