No, according to eBay completed sale prices which I think are still too high.
Lowest price I've seen as of a few days ago was $140 for an ungraded coin. Lowest price for a graded coin (MS-66) I saw was $380. This leads me to believe many eBay sellers are trying to get rid of these as fast as possible instead of waiting to have it graded.
Combined TPG population count is now over 3100, while someone here indicated earlier PCGS is slow grading these as 90%+ are in NGC holders. PCGS hasn't changed much in the last week (or so), but NGC added about 800. Grades are almost entirely MS-65 or higher.
Having increased by 800 in just a week, I don't think it's not going to take that long before the counts increase to over 10,000. Ultimately, I expect most of the 250,000 to eventually be made available for collecting or hoarding by collectors, though the number with grades below MS-65 should increase later as it takes longer to find it.
All 2026 denominations are being hoarded in huge numbers. NGC has already graded over 100,000 circulation strike dimes from both mints. Over 20,000 of the quarters without the privy mark. More for one of the others. Same for the half and cent.

Yes, these are Declaration of Independence quarters. Granted, some banks don't have them, but I've managed to get 10 rolls so far.
But your odds of finding a privy coin are pretty low.

By comparison, Heritage sold two MS-63 Barber quarters earlier this year (one for $305) for less than $380 which was the lowest price I saw for a graded (MS-66) privy quarter in the last week. I'm aware most collectors aren't comparing like I do regularly, but this isn't going to last.
I remember when the 1999 silver proof set sold for at least $300 (as much as $600 to my recollection). Now, it's bullion or slightly more, and it's been that way for years to my knowledge.
I also remember when the Wisconsin quarter with extra leaf sold for a lot more than it does now. I believe it's about a $50 coin (depending upon label grade) which is far less than its peak price too.
Both are 20+ years old now, and something similar will almost certainly repeat with the privy quarter. It's just a question of when, because 250,000 isn't actually a low a mintage for a coin that will hardly circulate, and the collector preference almost certainly won't be high enough either.

My inference is that novelty buying will decrease over time precisely because enough collectors will prefer too many other coins for comparable prices. 100,000 available to the market with a 10-year holding period is roughly 400 offered for sale every week with likely at least several 000 available all the time. Anyone can adjust from that but, it's not going to be a low number especially for the current relative price.
That said, however, the appearance of a large number of counterfeits does run the risk of driving the raw price way down, possibly under $25 or even much lower.
I suspect this will motivate a far above proportion (vs. other coins) to be submitted, at anything close to current price spreads, which will drive the price of TPG coins noticeably lower from current levels.

Good point all on bringing in the counterfeiters factor into long term price very good point and going into the future any ““ low mintage or special coin that is released is gonna be affected by the counterfeiter’s which is a terrible shame. It makes those that buy US mint products as speculators a little more weary however, the fast turns that most of them do in the marketplace won’t be affected by fake coins.

Saw MS64s for $400.00 and MS65s for $500.00 at a local coin show this weekend. There was a little box of them, just in those two grades. There was a display with 5 different W quarters, but not priced-just for show. The very first thing in line on the table was a glossy photo of the Omega Cents with a price tag of $90,000.00 I wish I had taken some photos of the tables, everything pretty much celebrating America's 250'th.
Ordered a "Privy Marked Quarter" on Ebay and this is what I received!! It's exactly the same design and lettering as the quarter except the dash between the dates on the fake one is straight and not curved like a Spanish Tilde accent mark... Example is the tilde above the "N" in España. The real coins have the tilde-like dash between the dates!
Another give a way is the button on the very bottom of Jefferson's jacket on the real Privy quarter is approximately an eighth of an inch from the bottom of the jacket. On the fake, the button is much closer to the bottom of the jacket at approximately a sixteenth of an inch from the bottom of the jacket...
Another clear pick up point is the real quarter is Copper Nickel and shows Copper throughout the reeding, the fakes do not show any Copper color, just silver color.
The Chinese counterfeits that are appearing in the market which are the correct size have the exact same pickup points as this dollar sized coin described above!
