Not to much of a fan of the color but for its age it should have some color.

The scratches on the face are going to limit the grade. Giving the benefit of the doubt on poor strike vs. wear, especially on the obverse, I'll go with MS62 as well, but wouldn't be surprised by an AU. Even so, it's a nice little coin. I don't mind the color, but it would be better if it were less splotchy.

I like the color and the apparent luster. But, even though the odds say otherwise, I’m going with UNC Details, Obv. scratched.

The coin actually has nice luster in hand…
I’ve been wrestling with what is actually a scratch, or scratches, vs what might be toning streaks. Might be easier to discern on a monitor instead of an iPhone, but I’m leaning towards scratches that gave it a Details holder. Otherwise I’m neutral on the toning, but I do like the die break/retained cud on the reverse.
I'm thinking the coin is nice in hand and pics. don't show that. MS63 possibly 64.

I don't see the color as a + or -.
Graffiti? Maybe. Or Scratched. I don't think it straight graded.
Probably has strong luster and better color than the p*** color look (excuse my description) that it appears to have on the TV.

Not sure if its cleaned or just a 62 from the picture. The color seems off to me. But I can't grade from a picture.
I do like the reverse CUD on United.
Based on the limited info gleaned from a single TrueView I'm going to say MS-61 straight grade.
Here's how I build that conjecture:
1. Cuds get some grace from the TPGs, so one can hope for a little forgiveness of other drawbacks.
2. In this instance, I think the cud carries the obverse marks, but can't carry the whole load of the splotches and uneven color into the "choice" realm.
3. The remnants of dark splotches, now faded and inert but presumably once a bigger problem, suggest a long dip at some past juncture. That will mute the luster.
My own set piece is this LM-9.2 in MS62. I bought it as an NGC 62 and the auction company's images accentuated the baby-puke greens and yellows. When I sent it to cross a buddy of mine said it was going to take a hit, but PCGS kept the 62 grade.
On your coin, I do like the color and wish it were more even on the upper reverse. I'm assuming that it may not be quite that yellow, as TVs have been a little golden in the last year or two. And R6 cud coins are always fungible if you decide you don't love it!
Bottom line: if I didn't have one in MS already and saw your coin come up for sale, I would have been VERY keen on it!

Although my guess was UNC details, I had considered MS61 and MS62 as more likely outcomes.

This coin was a last minute add on to my last submission as i was concerned mostly about the kinda strange color and less so about the scruffiness about Liberty’ s head.
I will say the PCGS pic is not super great as it has over saturated the yellow quite a bit.
The coin does have some pleasing blueish tones that don’t really show in their pic or mine…but the yellow/gold is a bit obnoxious!

Got here late, but the last photo offered is far more favorable, but I would still have selected UNC Details, due to the harsh scratch on cheek and others below. JMO

I had one of these a geologist and part time coin vendor had at a flea market.
After conservation this dipped out as an MS63. I don't think it would have straight graded otherwise.
