Went higher than I’d like, but I’m a sucker for nice rim toning.
Newbie collector of type and circulated Peace dollars, photographer of places and animals, player of instruments and builder of amplifiers, espresso industry professional, and a person distracted by shiny objects.
I haven’t bought one of these since the CSNS show back in April. This is a nice “pq” example of an “available” date. It’s very lustrous when tilted about under the light & shows some light russet & blue gray toning around the edges. Patina is undisturbed, attesting to the coin’s natural look.

I don’t remember if I posted this but this is a relatively recent pickup. The coin looks crustier in hand and it’s a relatively tough date.
I FINALLY got a GSA Morgan. My first CC too. It’s beautiful!
I got to hold a proof QE at the show. A 1904 graded PF63 DCAM. Wish I could’ve bought it..!
