Need help as to who/ where to send a submission.

It seems a while back I saw that submissions were to be addressed to a Polly something instead of PCGS I think for extra security or so. My submission is ready to go but I want to send it to the right place. Help. Tia George.

Maybe add “PCGS” to your thread title, in order to reach your target audience more effectively? As is, it could be asking about multiple TPG options.
