This was the change from a voucher, not a slot machine. Most casinos have voucher cashers.
I can't get OBW rolls of cents since they are not minted any more. The few rolls youmight find are probably Customer Wrapped Rolls. The rolls wrapped by customers are questionable at best. If you know who wrapped them, you might find something.
My banks are jammed full of customer rolls. I also just bought a $50 bag from a local bank yesterday that told me they have $11,000 in cents in their vault because nobody wants them and the fed won't take them.

Just finished looking througj a box of Quarters & a box of nickels. Ifoud 1 SQuarter 1 W quartw, Mayflower compact Quarter and 1 Kena 1 shilling. I gound 4 1776-2026 Nickels.

I got a truly remarkable sample of quarters. Nothing scarce or desirable per se but the sample is 73.85% late date/ eagle reverse!!! This is by far the highest ever ans appears to be caused primarily by the disappearance of the older coins rather than an influx of new coins. This is characterized by the fact there are several severe culls including two coins that have actually been repaired by hammer and file. These get torn up in industrial machinery and some people repair the ones that aren't in too bad of shape. It is also characterized by a normal number of AU and BU coins. There were only five or six of the older quarters in collectible condition (ie- good or better non-culls) and these were mostly late date.,
The most interesting individual coin is a collectible 1969 and the first I've seen in years. It's in F- and more than a little rough but quite nice considering its age and history. It looks like it was a near Gem coming off the dies suggesting it's a mint set coin that has seen less than 30 years of circulation.
Coincidentally there was exactly one bicentennial quarter in each roll. These things are finally circulating after all these years. I toss them out of the calculation for incidence of new coin.
There is also my very first 2026 quarter. It's very well made and nearly mark free but it is a super slider as it's changed hands six or eight times already. This doesn't affect the fact that it has somewhat subdued luster so perhaps these with high luster might be tough. ...Just something to keep an eye on.
I believe that within the next two years it will no longer be possible to obtain a nice collectible set of any denomination from circulation. Even some of the common dates are so rarely seen in G or better any longer. Their incidence is low and they tend to always be in abysmal condition. When you see an eagle reverse clad quarter that is technically VF it will usually be late date and it will usually be badly chewed up and stained. These are the coins that have spent years out of circulation underneath laundromat machines or lost in the woodwork. Many come from mint sets or very low quality BU rolls that were spent decades ago. They are coins that were in collections until the collector found a nicer specimen. Most of the quarters that have been in circulation continually have become too thin for commerce and have been withdrawn by the FED starting about 2008. What's left is dregs and these seem to be disappearing suddenly at least locally. There is no natural sorting mechanism so these are being removed by collectors. This kind of thing can quickly snowball until all that's left are 5% really nasty culls like what happened to buffalo nickels between 1962 and 1965. All the buffalos with dates except for culls disappeared.
I received a couple of the 2026 quarters in change this week and was pleasantly surprised how well they looked. Very clean with nice luster. You will need an MS69 or better to make money here as there will be plenty of 68s.

The box I went thru yesterday had a nice Mayflower Compact Quarter in it. The luster is rather nice too.

That's very atypical for a mint set coin and doesn't look familiar. Is it from a roil?
Mint set and I may send it in to see if the luster could override hits, probably not but worth a shot.
