I think there's still one in Las Vegas. Slots-a-Fun or something. My slacker brother lives in Vegas. He knows some crazy lady that collects W quarters from change.
This was the change from a voucher, not a slot machine. Most casinos have voucher cashers.
I can't get OBW rolls of cents since they are not minted any more. The few rolls youmight find are probably Customer Wrapped Rolls. The rolls wrapped by customers are questionable at best. If you know who wrapped them, you might find something.
My banks are jammed full of customer rolls. I also just bought a $50 bag from a local bank yesterday that told me they have $11,000 in cents in their vault because nobody wants them and the fed won't take them.
