Know an English dealer?
I will soon fly to England to visit family for a week. My mother was British. I have travelled there numerous times but not for decades with some coining intent.
During past family trips in the 60’s, 70’s, and 80’s, my dad and I accumulated a small hoard of stuff from both dealers and other family members, from low grade George III copper to Elizabeth II proofs and BUs. None of the older stuff is high grade nor is any single piece extremely special by itself. However I’d like to attempt to trade this volume of stuff for a nicer single piece as a tribute to and legacy of my father.
Does anyone here know a good and decent dealer in Yorkshire or the midlands who might be willing to work with me to arrange such a trade?

Will you be there while either the Midlands or Yorkshire coins shows? Or will you be flying into London? Will you be stopping at Betty’s tea shop?
I fly into Manchester and will not be going to London. I have not found a show scheduled during my visit.
Betty’s is on my agenda.
Colin Cooke (Lee Brownson) is in Manchester (Altrincham) which is near the airport.

I quite enjoyed the shop right near the British Museum in London, they had a robust selection. I’ll try to track down the name.
