New lens

Mitutoyo M PLAN 20x. A little overkill 😅. This lens can only fit small #’s, MM & letters.

    That is crazy close. B)
    A quick google search shows those lenses are NOT cheap.

    Wow! That's a microscope objective lens! Now I understand the price... and M Plan lenses are off the charts for resolution.

    FWIW... the student microscopes we use for Clinical Microbiology cost around $1.5k for the whole scope... with 3 objective lenses (10x, 40x, and 100x oil)...

    Great closeups, as usual. Fantastic lens upgrade, although your past lens were great also. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
