Archival Coin Holder Research Question

Ii especially like how yours say Patent Applied For because that means these are the earliest ones and can be dated to be from in between the filing date of June 7 1948 and the patent granted date of September 12, 1950. Very cool!

Things to note...

The patent expired in 1967 and wasn't renewed. That often means it wasn't economical, which can give you a sense of the business.

The patents cited give you a thumbnail of "how did we get here"

And the fact that it was cited so many or so few times is a clue to the patent's influence.
