These will be an instant sellout July 9'th

if they're not already gone with subscriptions. Dual dated! 250 Privy Bell. Reverse Proof finish. HHL of 10 each...but mintage of only 250,000 each. That's not many.

Subs are still open on both coins

I'm not so sure. 250,000 is a lot for these. I have subs, but will probably cancel them.

The mintage for 2025 was 160,000 and they are STILL available even though they were $95 last year.

There are other Morgan and Peace coming as a set with the "diamond finish" at 160K and as enhanced uncirculated at 150K each still too and the price over silver spot is crazy high.

I think that the upcoming dual date enhanced uncirculated ASE at a mintage of 125K might be a better buy, if one can get over the premium to silver spot.

But I don't collect these dollars, so I wish everyone good luck, it sure seems like the Mint is pushing hard this year.

A lot of them will hit secondary mkt in TPG holders. May buy some.

Tbh I don't understand why the program is still running. It's not the 100th anniversary anymore (well maybe for the Peace dollars still but not the Morgans)

I like 'em, although not liking the hyper inflated prices. I lowered my sub to 2 of each after the first year

Why can't they have a continuing coin series just because it is a continuing coin series? It doesn't have to be commemorating anything.

If it makes you happy, this year's offering in the continuing series IS commemorating the SemiQ!

What’s this “diamond finish” you mention? I have not heard about that…

Followed some google links… found this US Mint video: https://youtu.be/76SOQbbJgXE

Check out this screenshot from 56 sec in:

Is this what is meant by diamond finish? And is that going to be on the enhanced uncirculated?

I think the diamond finish will be for the coins in the two coin set.

Is that just speculation or rumor? I don’t see anything on the mint website that mentions the diamond finish.

A bit of both. It's been discussed on other forums recently. The mint's descriptions (under subscriptions for these) lists the enhanced uncirculated as "a beautiful enhanced uncirculated finish" and the two coin set as "stunning finishes". No mention of the diamond finish on the mint's site, as you said. But we'll see for sure soon enough.

2 coin set description says no privy mark.
Speculation on my part, but may be 2026 dated vs 1776-2026

The rendering with diamond like fields is very nice though and would be nice if produced

I'll grab one of each in about 2 years right around melt at the time.

Yeah… I’m torn on these. I like the idea of adding some to my collection with different finishes, but they seem way overpriced. If they were closer to melt then I’d buy them for sure.

Nope, those are two different things:

And then the Reverse proof set that has the following mint Description (but they memory holed the picture a few days ago:
Key Features of the 2026 Issues Diamond Field Pattern: The background (fields) of these reverse-proof coins feature a striking, textured diamond pattern. Dual Dating: Both the Morgan and Peace dollars are dual-dated 1776–2026.Privy Mark: Each coin includes a special "250th Liberty Bell" privy mark to commemorate the nation's 250th anniversary. Mint Mark & Silver: Struck in 99.9% fine silver with a "P" (Philadelphia) mint mark.

Place holder picture now inserted, was the pair a few days ago with a nice close up on the diamond finish:

From mint Description field the pair of reverse proof Morgan and Peace will have dual date and diamond finish with privy BUT that has all now been removed, I captured this Morgan a few days ago from a US Mint site video that is now gone.

It looked really pretty nice in the picture of the pair that they had up for a while, both have the same dual date, privy and diamond finish.
