What is the best Minor League hitting season that you are aware of or heard of?

My submission:

Ron Kittle 1982 AAA:

127 Games
559 Plate Appearances
.345 Batting Average
50 Home Runs
144 RBI
121 Runs scored
.442 OB%
.752 SLG%
1.194 OPS

Honorable mention to Kittle's 1981 AA season where he had a 1.119 OPS with 40 HR in a less hitter friendly league than his 1982 AAA campaign.

1993 Manny, Skenes AAA stats where no one could touch him and had an absurdly low pitch count

    Fire AJ Preller

Nowhere near the best but the best I've witnessed:

Ken Harvey for the 1999 Spokane Indians. Late in the season - like a week or two before the end of the season - he was hitting .440. He finished at .397 for the year.

And then there's the single season home run record:

In 1954, Joe Bauman hit .400 with 72 homers and 224 RBI - in 138 games - for Roswell. His incredible performance didn't even get him a promotion, lol.
