Curious if you like or dislike the color on this Franklin?

This was a coin of mine that i sent to GC, it hammered at 681 Sunday night.
Personally i love Franklins with color but it has been my experience that most that collect the series prefer white coins.

Yeah, it's nice. Not mind blowing, but nice. I don't collect Franklins but if I were to buy one I would buy a fantastically toned one or a black & white DCAM.

This is sort of in between, obviously not a frosty proof but also not quite enough color to get someone like me to jump off the sidelines.

That's a very good looking Franklin half. Great toning, I like it a lot!

There are a lot of Franklins that I don't like the toning of. This is not one of them. My general preference is blast white untoned coins, but I like this one.

I think it is an attractive coin, but I would not be a buyer at that hammer price.

I'd own it as a curiosity if I could pay a 20th what it did go for

I don’t dislike it, but I’m not a huge fan of the splotchy color changes. There are lots of toned Franklins I love that either have a relatively even single color or smoother gradients between colors. Your coin has pretty shades, but the pattern isn’t what I’d be after. I wouldn’t be a buyer at that price, but I sure would be a seller!

I liked it and was following the auction. The final price surprised me. It was more than I expected but am happy to see that it did well for you!

Generally speaking I like it. It has an attractive look.

But for me, not at that price (or anywhere close) especially for a 65.

So, all I can say is "good for you" (nice sale!) ... and also "good for the buyer", as they obviously wanted that one and were going to make sure they won.

I like them either white or lightly and more evenly toned and with FBL and more consistent within my compete set, like this one:
