Badly damaged - not an error
The words being in reverse should be a clue for you.
My Collection of Old Holders
Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Post mint damage and its butt fugly
Severe post-mint damage.
Vise job or maybe just hit with a hammer. A double struck coin would have both images in the forward direction.

To give the OP credit, they got that clue on their own:
So they seem to understand that something happened first (original strike) and then something happened second (next or previous coin stamped in).
It's unfortunate that they went off the rails after that.
coin beat together with something(s) after it was minted.
you'd be lucky to get 80% of silver value for it since it's so severely damaged
Also that's an impression from a dime and a wheat cent.

An even rarer error!
