I am looking for a $20 Liberty Type Three in PCGS AU 58+. I am looking for a date in the 19th Century (1877-1899 ).I do not need a rare date or a Carson City coin. I do not need any other slab, grade or raw coin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Winter has this $10 Lib in AU 58+ but you wanted a $20 Lib... Apologies, haven't found what you are looking for yet. https://raregoldcoins.com/rare-gold-coin-inventory/10-1860s-p58plus. Definitely earlier than Type III too.

You can find the coin you describe at melt in MS60 or 61. 58+ might be tougher if you want that specific grade.
