I’m not sure how much these show but I found this on eBay. Looks kinda interesting. Seems to me PCGS graders couldn’t agree on the grade level! ![]()
Just thought I’d post it here to see if anyone else finds it interesting. (I don’t believe I’ve seen a dual-grade PCGS slab so I also don’t know the rarity)
I know ANACS did this but I didn’t think anyone else did!

Such grades are by no means, unheard of. See here:

Split Grading! Who would have thunk of it????
I know exactly what you're referring to.
Seen many details coins that way.

Here's a link to a MS-64 and UNC detail grade.

If you look back to the 1980s, ANACS did so with their photo certificates.
That is not a dual grade with two different grades for the same coin features (FR & P).
There are two separate grades for two separate features of the coins; MS64 for the host coin itself and Unc for the countermark.

The Captain will greatly appreciate being informed about this.

My pleasure.

(If he needs any additional information regarding 1922 cents, I am here to assist on that too.)
Too much detail for "poor".
I'd like to see PCGS and NGC do "AU58" details, etc. when warranted. One of the services used to do an "MS63" etc. details cleaned as well.
That’d certainly be much more useful!
