Nice looking WLH and great close-up photo. MS 65 or 66.
These 1942s come nice and that is a very nice one.
I think the little gouges on the reverse hold it back to a 65.

My first thought was MS-66, but upon further consideration, I'm thinking MS-64.

The obverse looks 67 but the reverse looks 64. Using that logic maybe it’s a 65+?

Nice! I can dig it. I almost said it's probably a 65 with a bean, but probably no bean as a 66. A few ticks but looks like fantastic luster.
