Just a heads-up that the Texas Numismatic Association annual show is coming up! If you live in North Texas, or further afield, the show will be in Fort Worth on May 15-17. Link

A buddy and I are coming in from Dallas on Friday the 15th. I'm looking forward to the Daniel Carr/Moonlight Mint presentation.
Is this show always in Fort Worth?
Heard that one is a pretty cool show, hope it by all that by far
No, it rotates through various Texas cities.
It has been in Arlington, TX for about a decade, then when the facility closed down, they did two years in Conroe (about 1h outside of Houston) and now we're back in the DFW metroplex.

any idea where next years show may be? Tying to plan a vacation around the show.
I believe the Will Rogers Center will be the venue for the next few years, but I haven't heard the dates yet.

This has always been a great show every time I've been. Very well put on.

I went to the TNA show on Friday and thought I'd share a few observations.
It's only the third coin show I've been to, but it seemed well-organized and well-run. Parking was $15, entrance was $5, so not too bad on the wallet. I didn't count the number of dealer tables, but I'd put the number at about 60.
There seemed to be a lot of high quality material at the show, particularly Morgans. PCGS and ANACS were there too, accepting submissions. The line at PCGS was long and didn't abate while I was there.
There were a couple tables selling ancient coins, and one dealer selling Australian coins. But primarily it was a "USA coins" show. So if you are looking for non-USA items, particularly specific items, it might not be the show for you.
There was a dealer selling USA gold commemoratives at spot, so I bought a 1987-W Constitution commemorative (image below). That's not really in my collecting space, but I like Constitution-related coinage.
I finally saw one of the new 2026 SemiQ dimes. There was a dealer selling them for $1 each. I bought one for a nephew. It's a really nice looking coin.
Today (Sunday) is the last day of the show. If you are in the area, give the show a try!
I was there on Saturday and agree with your observations. I’m not sure what the dealer from Australia was selling, but there seemed to a constant stream of people at his table.
Great show!
Next year: June 11-13, 2027 -- same bat channel
The Amon L. Carter, Jr. Event Center at the Will Rogers Memorial Center is, aside from the absurd parking, a nice facility. Decent lighting (important for a coin show -- if you remember the old Lockheed Martin "gym", you know what I'm talking about).

What/where are the nearest hotels to the Center?
I wanted to go to the show this year, but couldn't find any hotels within a reasonable distance.
Steve
Define reasonable... There are hotels in the Cultural District/University Drive and downtown. All are a 10-15 minute drive.
If you mean walkable? Nope. Google shows just 4 within 1/2 mile (ish - those routes don't always have sidewalks).

Have fun to all those who are going!
I look forward to some show reports!!
