It been a long minute since browsing.
At first I was searching for the 1991 TOPPS "40th"
Anniversary series Boxes.
But I spotted the famous 1989 BOWMAN Boxes!
At first. I tried to win an auction. Lost the last few seconds. Sold for $41, I bid $40.
Anyway, So I sought after a "Best Offer".
He was asking, $49.99.
I offered $45. He excepted.
So after shipping/tax, $63.
36 Packs. That's less than $2 per pack.
Fair Price or not? Here it is...
I figure, let's risk it!
Why not, right?
I should receive either by Thursday-Monday.
36 Exciting attempts to pull Kenny's HIGH VALUED GEM!
First can I receive decently conditioned packs?
Then, can I actually pull a exclusive Griffey?

Good luck. I have always loved that Griffey RC. Also worth noting that 1989 Bowman factory sealed sets tend to produce very high grade cards at a fraction of the price of wax boxes. Something to consider if you don’t land a PSA 10 this round.

I had to check my old 89 Bowman custom plastic sheets to see if they were there and yes they are.
Best of luck. Fun set. Always like that they were just a little larger. They needed their own special box and own special sheets.

He started to falter.
And I'm a witness to knowing of partly the blame.
Jerome's full commitment was beginning to lack!
I used to work nights. 6:00pm - 2:30am.
Many evenings or I should say mornings!
I would witness Jerome strolling in after Midnight!
Yep, I assume the guy liked partying! I could be wrong.
