I had to check my old 89 Bowman custom plastic sheets to see if they were there and yes they are.

About the Jerome Walton.
Sure, R.O.T.Y. in '89.
But as to sought after and valuable?
Not so Good.
A quick story about
Jerome Walton...
Back in '89.
I was employed in the same 30 story apartment building, on
Michigan Avenue.
Where he lived!
Met Jerome many times. Even got his Autograph and picture taken with him.
Swell guy, good player.
However, this was apparent, what I'm about to tell you.
Yep, if you followed his career. Not soon after his great first year.
He started to falter.
And I'm a witness to knowing of partly the blame.
Jerome's full commitment was beginning to lack!
I used to work nights.
6:00pm - 2:30am.
Many evenings or I should say mornings!
I would witness Jerome strolling in after Midnight!
Yep, I assume the guy liked partying! I could be wrong.
But doesn't the Cubs play most of their home games at around 1:00pm?
So, this is my cool experience working at that
Downtown building and meeting
Jerome Walton.
